   1) How fast do we    process orders?
   Getting parts to fix your broken appliance can be critical. Therefore, we    offer express as well as standard shipping options to addresses within the    United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Just select the shipping method when you    finish your order. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.     If parts are not available within this time frame we will contact you by    e-mail.
   
   2) How safe is my credit card?
   We provide a secure and private shopping environment for you.  We    ensure that our secure online ordering system will honor your privacy. Your    credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest    standards of safety, security, and confidentiality. Fixitshop.com uses SSL    (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect your credit card information. SSL encrypts    all order information (such as your name, address, and credit card number) so    that it can't be read in transit. For SSL security to work, you must use an    SSL-enabled browser (any version 3 or higher browser should work). 
   
   3) How can I order without a credit card?
    When ordering by check proceed with order and select check as payment method.    Where prompted for the check number , write the check  numbed or pending,    then print out your order and mail it  with certified check or money    order to

   4) How do I find the parts I need?
   When ordering you can follow the menu on your left to look for specific    items. Just click on the directories and they will open to subdirectories till    you find what you need. You can also press the search link on top and search    for a specific item. If you cant find what you need you can go to our   help on repairs page and    fill out the required information and we will get back to you within 24 hours.    You can send a fax  at 888-329-1365.           5)  What is the return policy   
 
 We accept returns for 30 days after the order was placed. You must e-mail us at returns@fixitshop.com to request an  RMA . You will have to pay for all shipping unless we sent  you an   item in error. In that case we will send UPS to pick up the item where  available. There is a minimal 10% restocking fee to cover labor and expenses and  charges imposed by our suppliers on items that have to be returned to them.
         Copyrighted images in this store belong to  Fixitshop Corp. and other companies. Use of these images for commercial purpose  is prohibited. Images are available for lease at $25 per month per image. Anyone  found using these images has accepted the agreement and will be billed  accordingly.
